General Guideline for our 7/7/7/7 process for the purchase of your used or broken devices:
#1. Fill out the request for purchase form (Free Quote), or request from an Agent a fast quote for more than ten devices.
#2. In 7 days from completing the quote form, expect an email with the estimate purchase quote. (Quotes are only good for seven days, because of market changes.)
#4. After you approve the estimated quote, a prepaid package slip will be emailed to you to mail the devices at no cost for shipping.
#3. To keep the price locked in, you must mail the device(s) within seven days after accepting the estimated purchase quote.
#4. After shipment is received, seven days will be allowed to inspect the device(s).
#5. If updates to your initial quote are required, you will have seven days to approve the revised quote.
#6. Allow for seven business days to receive your payment once you approve your final quote. (Check, PayPal, ACH for payment)

If you have more then ten devices and do not have the human resources to fill out the information form for each device, we can send you a free shipping slip and do the audit for you.
Then we will provide an overall quote for all the devices at once. Please try to have them unlocked, no MDM locks, and be unlocked by the carrier as much as possible for full price on devices.
